We originally met Dr. MacDonald and Daniel R. at the City of Hemet Business Economic Development Summit, organized by Ben Sandoval, the Economic Business Development Manager at the City of Hemet. Professor MacDonald was the keynote speaker at the City of Hemet Business Economic Summit and one of the panelists at the event.

 

In today's podcast we discussed some pertanent topics regarding economics: if we were in a recession, and which signs to look for; when inflation would start to cool down and how tariffs is effecting inflation; if buying a home as opposed to renting a home at this time is a good idea; whether attending college is the right choice to continue higher education; we brushed lightly on AI and Chat GPT; and whether Riverside County is a good place to live, work, and do business in.
